Apart from our beautiful chalets, there are some stunning facilities to enjoy while staying at Lumbalumba Diving – Manado Resort.
The resort is build on a hill, offering a stunning sea view everywhere from the impressive resort landscape.
We try to keep the resort as natural as possible and our botanical garden has a great variety of plants and flowers to enjoy while you are in Manado. Among them is a great collection of orchids.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is often the meeting point after a day of diving.
The biggest eye catcher is probably our infinity pool that blends in perfectly with the surrounding nature. Apart from the optical infinity effect, it has a waterfall and sand beach.
How wonderful is it to talk about everything you have seen underwater while enjoying the sun set at sea?
Our pool is private, so only for our guests and has a maximum depth of 2,5 meter.
Apart from the stunning marine life creatures you can spot while diving, our ocean front swimming pool is probably most photographed around here.
Enjoy a cold beer after diving right next to the pool or in our bar.
Botanical Garden
With a resort garden that is more than 3,5 hectare large it is no surprise we have more than one gardener working full time to keep it in the best possible shape.
There are various flowering plants, like orchids, fruit and spice trees, small waterfalls and a few panoramic (fish) ponds to enjoy.
Also we have large open spaces with grass to keep the ocean visible from all the rooms, bar and restaurant.
If you like, we advice you to wander around the garden during sunrise and sunset as most tropical birds, frogs and other animals are most active.
Or just enjoy it from your veranda!
There are no dangerous animals in our resort. The only thing we advice is to always wear flip flops or other footwear and mosquito repellent with at least 30% DEET.
Restaurant
The stunning Lumbalumba restaurant is a large wooden veranda overlooking the ocean.
Just like the swimming pool it is perfect for watching the sun set with a refreshing drink.
Of course we cook delicious Indonesian meals for you, but we also have dishes you are probably used to at home.
Simply let us know if you have allergies, diets or special request as soon as possible.
